The City of Torrance and the Torrance Social Services Commission are hosting a Veterans Appreciation Luncheon and Resource Fair at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center. Veterans from the Torrance area and a guest are invited to a luncheon in their honor. There will be booths with resource information which may be helpful for veterans. The formal program will feature keynote speaker Ron Kovic, a former US Marine Corp Sergeant and author of Born on the Fourth of July.
