DESCRIPTION:The City of Torrance offers an Early Childhood Education Program for boys and girls from ages 3 to 5. Children must be completely potty trained before registering and have proof of age and a negative TB test. Parents are encouraged to volunteer in the classroom (parents must be fingerprinted and have proof of a negative TB test too)
Lollipop Tree is for children 2 to 4 years old.
Fun and Friends is for children 3.5 to 4 Years old.
Kinder Class is for children 4 to 5 years old.
Registration begins Tuesday, November 27, 2018 for residents and Tuesday, December 4, 2018 for non-residents. Registration can be completed by phone (310)618-2720, fax (310) 781-7598, on-line at http://www.TorranceCA.Gov/9087.htm or at the registration counter at 3031 Torrance Blvd.(second building east of the Civic Center Library.
