DESCRIPTION:The City of Torrance offers an Early Childhood Education program for boys and girls from ages 3 to 5. Children must be completely potty trained before registering and have proof of age and a negative TB test. Parents are encouraged to volunteer in the classroom (parents must be fingerprinted and have proof of a negative TB test too). <br/>Lollipop Tree is for children 3-4 years old<br/>Fun and Friends is for children 3.5 to 4 years old<br/>Kinder Class -is for children 4 to 5 years old.<br/>Registration begins Tuesday,  February 26, 2019 for Residents<br/>Registration begins Tuesday, March 5, 2019 for Non-Residents<br/>Registration can be completed by phone (310) 618-2720, fax (310) 618-2903, at the registration office 3031 Torrance Blvd. (two buildings east of the Library) or online at: http://www.TorranceCA.Gov/9087.htm
