DESCRIPTION:Join us as we walk together on a journey of remembrance, hope and support to bring awareness to mental health and suicide prevention at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's Out of the Darkness South Bay Campus Walk <br><br>Saturday, March 23, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.<br>Registration starts at 8:30 a.m.<br><br>Torrance High School's Upper Field on Plaza Del Amo, south of Carson Street<br>Parking is available on Plaza Del Amo in the lot next to the field and the larger lot across the street<br><br>Hosted by the South Bay Association of School Psychologists and sponsored by Clear Recovery Center, Frocks&amp;Rocks, GoGuardian, Lilac and Lemon Lash Spa, Novo Yoga and the Volunteer Center South Bay-Harbor-Long Beach<br><br>Remarks by Congressman Ted Lieu, Assemblymember Al Muratsuchi, Mayor Patrick Furey, Dr. Mimi Hoang and Howard Baker; meet-and-greet with therapy dog Tali Zorah; and a Resource Fair<br><br>Learn more and register online for FREE (by Friday, March 22 at noon) at www.afsp.org/SouthBayCampus; register in person at the event between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m.<br><br>Donations appreciated - get a t-shirt with a $100 donation! The goal of the South Bay Campus Walk is to raise $10,000 to support research on better ways to prevent suicide and deliver suicide prevention programs.<br><br>VOLUNTEER WITH US!<br><br>Earn service hours when you volunteer!
