Join Torrance artist Randall von Bloomberg for a pop up signing event in the library lobby to celebrate the city of Torrance and the Metro! The Metro posters and information about the Metro will be available free of charge. This event is free, sponsored by the Friends of the Torrance Library, and no registration is required.
