DESCRIPTION:<p>The Social Services Commission will be holding a <a href="https://arts.torranceca.gov/?navid=3234" target="_blank">toiletry drive</a> from March 4-19, 2019.</p><p>The toiletry drive will benefit organizations that serve people experiencing homelessness.&nbsp;</p><p>The Commission is seeking donations of the following new, unopened and unused, full-and travel-sized items:</p><ul>    <li>Shampoo</li>    <li>Conditioner</li>    <li>Body wash</li>    <li>Bar soap</li>    <li>Toothbrushes</li>    <li>Toothpaste</li>    <li>Deodorant</li>    <li>Shaving cream/lotion</li>    <li>Razors</li>    <li>Body wipes</li>    <li>Feminine hygiene products</li>    <li>Bath towels</li></ul><p>Please note that travel-size is the size of items you would purchase for travel. We cannot accept hotel-size products.</p><p>Donation collection bins will be placed at the following locations:</p><ul>    <li>City Hall Lobby</li>    <li>Human Resources/Personnel Building Lobby</li>    <li>All Torrance Public Library lobbies</li>    <li>Torrance Police Department Lobby</li>    <li>Fire Station 1 Lobby</li></ul><p>The donation drive will benefit four local organizations: Harbor Interfaith, Family Promise of the South Bay, 1736 Family Crisis Center, and Star Inc.
