DESCRIPTION:<p>Staff will conduct three public budget overview sessions as an additional method of providing budget information and gathering City&nbsp; &nbsp;Council and public feedback. During these sessions, staff are reviewing the five-year 2021-2026 Capital Plan and the two-year 2021-2023&nbsp; &nbsp;Operating Budget for all departments.
