DESCRIPTION:Torrance Art Museum (TAM) creates an adventurous new public art exhibition featuring more than 20 artworks from some of the region's most exciting contemporary artists in accessible locations throughout Torrance including various parks, storefronts, schools, and government buildings. TAM serves as the central hub station with three summer exhibitions: a complement to the Ultra! exhibition in the Main Gallery, a dazzling exhibition of colorful, playful works in Gallery Two called Even Sparkles Have Shadows, and an illuminated inflatable sculpture in the Dark Room called Seconds to Lasts. Free. The public art is accessible at various times, the museum is open Tuesday-Saturday from 11am-5pm.
