DESCRIPTION:<p>Join the Torrance Homeless Count on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 8 - 11 p.m. at Ken Miller Recreation Center.</p><p><a href="https://www.torranceca.gov/home/showdocument?id=72118&amp;t=637793992801324881" target="_blank">View the Torrance Homeless Count Flyer</a></p><p><strong>How It Works</strong></p><ul>    <li>We will be following COVID protocols to ensure everyone’s safety</li>    <li>This year we invite you to sign up in teams of 2 or 3. Singles are also welcomed and can form a team at the event.</li>    <li>After checking in at the site, your team will drive the roads in your assigned census tract.</li>    <li>You will just be tallying how many people you see – keeping a respectful distance from them – using a new smartphone-based app.</li>    <li>You’ll be asked to view a short training video prior to the event.</li>    <li>When your team has finished, you’ll return to this deployment site to check out and return supplies.</li>    <li>After registering, be watching for email updates from the Greater Los Angeles Homeless Count for reminders and other news about the event.</li></ul><p>To sign up, visit&nbsp;<a href="https://www.theycountwillyou.org/torrance_count_20220126" target="_blank">https://www.TheyCountWillYou.Org/Torrance_Count_20220126</a></p><p>Questions?
