These awards recognize individuals, groups, and corporations who make outstanding contributions to the arts in one of the following categories: Dance; Drama &amp; Theatre Arts; Golden Circle Award; Music; Visual Arts &amp; Design; Literary Arts; and the Dr. Tom Rische Arts Education Award. Additionally, the Katy Geissert Award is made to recognize overall exemplary contributions to the arts.</p><p>The purpose of the Excellence in Arts Awards is to recognize excellence in the advancement of the arts and outstanding contributions to the cultural life of the community, as demonstrated by individual artists, businesses, or organizations whose artistic offerings touch the residents of Torrance and beyond.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">Please join us in celebrating this year's winners!
