DESCRIPTION:Free admission to the 49th annual Bunka-Sai Japanese Cultural Festival which will feature: stage presentations of dance, music, martial arts, calligraphy, taiko drums,  and kimono; an Asian-themed craft fair for shoppers; food booths; workshops; and exhibits/demonstrations in bonsai and flower arrangement; and possible guest artist Candy Man (Japanese candy sculpting) on Sunday. Proceeds benefit the Torrance Sister City Association Student Exchange program held each summer.
