Storytelling in Motion: Drama and Movement
WHAT IS IT?: A fun, movement-based drama camp that brings stories to life through acting and creative motion.
WHAT WILL WE DO?: We’ll play, pretend, move, and act out stories—transforming into animals, heroes, and magical creatures using our bodies and imaginations.
WHAT WILL WE LEARN?: We’ll explore how to tell stories with movement, expression, and character—building confidence, creativity, and body awareness.
WHAT ARE THE DETAILS?: Each day includes games, improvisation, role-play, and expressive movement. Kids learn how gestures, rhythm, and space help bring a story to the stage.
WHO TEACHES?: A lively, experienced teaching artist who helps kids learn through play and movement.
DO WE PERFORM?: Yes—but it’s relaxed and focused on showing what we’ve explored through movement and storytelling.
IS THERE A FINAL SHOWCASE?: Yes! Families are invited to a low-pressure sharing where kids show off their creativity in action.
DATES: June 23-27, 2025
DAYS: Monday-Friday
TIME: 9 AM - 4 PM
AGES: 5-7 years
