DESCRIPTION:Bring a used motor oil filter to O'Reilly Auto Parts at 4900 W. 190th St. and get a new one FOR FREE.  This event is for Torrance residents only.  Remember to bring your ID.<br/>•	To receive a new filter, you must bring a used one.  You can exchange up to 2 filters per household.  The voucher ($15 max.) must be redeemed during event hours, while supplies last.<br/>•	Participants will also receive an oil change recycling kit FOR FREE.<br/>•	We’ll also be accepting used motor oil for recycling.
