DESCRIPTION:Summer Fest is an event to benefit the Junior Leadership Torrance program. Modeled after the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce's highly-regarded and decades-long-running "Leadership Torrance" program, Junior Leadership Torrance consists of approximately 30 local sophomore students who will be selected by their school's faculty to participate in a series of activities aimed at sharpening their leadership skills and identifying career path opportunities. <br>

The event features a live band, dancing in the streets in front of the Depot Restaurant, delicious barbecue buffet by Chef Shafer, hosted beer/wine/martini bar, silent auction and fun in the afternoon sun!
