<p>The event takes place Friday, Nov. 10, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Toyota Meeting Hall in the Torrance Civic Center.</p>
<p>10 to 11 a.m.: Community resource booths open<br>
11 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Formal program and lunch</p>
