Wristbands are only required for children who will participate in the event.&nbsp;A Costume Parade will take place at 6:30 p.m. Please call (310) 618-2930 for additional information.</p><p>Food trucks will be available for a nominal charge. Animals are not permitted in the event area.&nbsp;</p>
