DESCRIPTION:<p>The City of Torrance&nbsp;<a href="https://arts.torranceca.gov/?navid=1599">Social Services Commission</a>&nbsp;will be holding a toiletry drive from&nbsp;<strong>March 12-23, 2018</strong>&nbsp;to benefit organizations that serve people experiencing homelessness.
