Fun in the Sun The City of Torrance Community Services Department invites the public to stop in for Fun in the Sun from 12:30-2:30 p.m. at various parks. (Park locations and dates are below.) The program will offer outdoor games designed to stimulate and challenge participants. This program is free to the public. The program is non-custodial, and participants are free to come and go as they please.
