The City of Torrance will be holding two focus groups for the Strategic Plan and you're invited to join one of the two open focus groups. Your input and participation would be greatly appreciated. These groups are open to the public however, you are required to register in advance to ensure that rooms are not overcrowded. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis. If you are unable to attend the focus group date assigned, but would still like to participate please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request.
