The City of Torrance Cheerleading program is a wonderful experience for new and experienced cheerleaders and is geared for students in grade 2 through grade 8.
The City takes pride in focusing this program around cooperation, self-confidence, respect, friendship and all the important foundations in cheerleading. The cheerleaders will support the City of Torrance Youth Flag Football program and it's players by cheering at their games. The participants will be expected to attend 1-2 practices a week tentatively scheduled to start September 9, 2019, and one Saturday game a week. Games will begin Saturday, September 21, 2019. Registration begins Tuesday, May 21, 2019 for Residents and Wednesday, May 29, 2019 for Non-Residents. The last day to register for this program is Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
