The City of Torrance offers an Early Childhood Education program for boys and Girls from ages three to five. Children must be completely potty trained before registering and have proof of age and a negative TB test. Parents are encouraged to volunteer in the classroom (parents must be fingerprinted and have proof of a negative TB test too). Lollipop Tree is for Children 3 to 4 years old. Fun and Friends is for children 3.5 to 4 years old. Kinder Class is for children 4 to 5 years old. Registration begins Tuesday, August 6, 2019 for Residents and Tuesday, August 13, 2019 for Non-Residents.
