The Torrance Youth Council is sponsoring their 37th annual arts and crafts Boutique, from 9:00 am-4:00 pm on Sunday, December 8, 2019. Come out and do your holiday shopping, and find that handcrafted one of a kind item. There will be photos with Santa (for a nominal fee) and a craft booth for children to make free holiday crafts.
