In its second year, Torrance Serves is a citywide celebration of service leaders taking place January 20, 2020 – February 16, 2020. Aligned with Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service this campaign is intended to celebrate the service leaders of past and present and empower our community to bring volunteers together for service projects that honor the spirit of giving, public service, and volunteerism.
