The City of Torrance offers an Early Childhood Education program for boys and girls from ages 3 to 5. Children must be completely potty trained before registering and have proof of age and a negitive TB test (no exceptions). Parents are encouraged to volunteer in the classroom (parents must be live scan fingerprinted and also have proof of a negative TB test) Lollipop Tree is for children 3-4 years old Fun and Friends is for children 3.5 to 4 years old Kinder Class is for children 4 to 5 years old.
