The City of Torrance's Southwood and West Torrance Homeowners Associations are hosting a Candidate Forum for the mayoral and treasurer candidates on Thursday, April 21, at the West High School Performing Arts Center at 20401 Victor St. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the forum begins at 7:00 p.m. Each candidate will be answering a range of questions This forum is free and open to the public. It will also be live-streamed and recorded. The public may submit questions by 5:00 p.m., April 20 via email to southwood.homeowners@gmail.com or westtorrancehoa@gmail.com, or via voicemail at (424)226-6428.
