South Coast Air Quality Management District (South Coast AQMD) staff has scheduled a Working Group Meeting to obtain comments from the public regarding the development of Proposed Amended Rule 1118 – Control of Emissions from Refinery Flares. As part of the Resolution adopted on July 7, 2017, the Governing Board directed staff to conduct a second phase of rulemaking for Rule 1118. This Working Group Meeting is to initiate the rule amendment and will provide stakeholders an opportunity to work with South Coast AQMD staff on proposed amendments to rule provisions and to discuss key issues or concerns. 

The Working Group Meeting will only be conducted via video conferencing (Zoom), which can be accessed via your computer or smart phone.
