The City of Torrance will host the 63rd Annual Armed Forces Day Parade & Celebration, May 16-18, 2025. This distinguished weekend-long tribute honors the men and women of the United States Armed Forces and features a variety of events open to the public. This year’s honored service branch will be the United States Army, which is celebrating its 250th birthday this year!

• Friday, May 16 – Sunday, May 18 - Military Equipment & Vehicle Displays – Interactive exhibits throughout the weekend, providing the public with an up-close look at military assets.
• Friday, May 16 @ 7:30 p.m. - Free Military Concert – A special performance honoring our troops at the James Armstrong Theatre – Tickets required.
• Saturday, May 17 @ 8 a.m. – Torrance Armed Forces Day 5K for Freedom Run/Walk – Presented by the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce – Registration required.
• Saturday, May 17 @ 1:30 p.m. – Torrance Armed Forces Day Parade – A grand procession featuring military personnel, marching bands, and historic military vehicles.
