Scaredown in Downtown is an annual event held in downtown Torrance, CA, featuring games, contests, live bands, a DJ, Trunk or Treat, and vendors. The event is organized by a non-profit organization of business owners called the DTA and is entirely volunteer-run. It aims to provide a family-friendly experience for all attendees.
