Beginning April 13 through April 24, the Social Services Commission will be collecting donations to support those in need. Collection bins will be placed throughout the City, including the City Hall lobby, North Torrance Library, Walteria Library, and the Permit Center. We are asking the community for new sweats or t-shirts, full-size shampoo, toothbrushes, and other essential products.
