YMCA Healthy Kids Day
Join us for the LA YMCA's 34th Annual Healthy Kids Day on Sunday, April 26, 2026. A FREE, high energy celebration for kids, teens, and families from across Los Angeles County.
On Sunday, April 26, 2026, the iconic Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum will transform into a county-wide playground filled with sports, games, activities, community resources, and hands-on experiences designed to help kids stay active, healthy, and connected all summer long.
Healthy Kids Day is one of the largest family and youth events in Los Angeles and a powerful reflection of our commitment to Cradle to Community Well-Being. This event welcomes families into the Y, builds pathways to belonging, and connects children and caregivers to programs that support physical health, mental well-being, and positive youth development. With support from community partners and local sports organizations, thousands of Angelenos will come together for a joyful day of movement, discovery, and fun.
