The City of Torrance offers an Early Childhood Education program for boys and girls from ages 3 to 5. Children must be completely potty trained before registering and have proof of age and a negative TB test. Parents are encouraged to volunteer in the classroom (parents must be fingerprinted and have proof of a negative TB test too). Lollipop Tree is for children 3-4 years old Fun and Friends is for children 3.5 to 4 years old Kinder Class -is for children 4 to 5 years old.
