Staff will conduct three public budget overview sessions as an additional method of providing budget information and gathering City   Council and public feedback. During these sessions, staff are reviewing the five-year 2021-2026 Capital Plan and the two-year 2021-2023   Operating Budget for all departments. The information presented includes preliminary department budget estimates since the budget is  still in development.
